The Compassionate Hearts Foundation was founded by a group of caring folks in the North Texas Community. Our goal is to help those less fortunate during their most critical events in their life – when they are suffering with chronic illness, old age, or at end of life.

Our Board
Art Greenhaw
Art Greenhaw is a Grammy Award-Winning musician and producer. He is a sixth generation Texan, born in Dallas. Art is also the bassist, multi-instrumentalist and manager for the Light Crust Doughboys. Art has been chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission, City of Mesquite, and has served on many other boards and commissions including the White House Conference on Small Business. |
Robert Graham
Robert Graham is the owner of a group of local businesses in the home health, home care, and hospice industry. He's spent much of his life in service of his community, earning the President's Volunteer Service Award during the George W. Bush Administration. He is also a graduate of Harvard, where he was the President of the Volunteer Corps and the Chair of the Charlesview Community Center in Allston, MA. He was an Eagle Scout. |
Glenda Lee
Glenda grew up in Dallas, TX and has over 25 years of advertising and healthcare marketing experience. She's been helping care for the communities of Mesquite, Garland, and Dallas for many years and is active in her church and is a certified chaplain. Previously, she worked for the Dallas Morning news and she currently serves on the board of Sharing Life Community Outreach. She also actively involved with the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce, where she's been a Chamber Ambassador for twenty years. She has three grown children, three grandchildren. |
Heather Thompson
Heather Thompson is the Vice President of Hospice at Ultimate Plus Hospice and has made her career in caring for the senior community. She has been in home health and hospice for 15 years, and it is her passion to give quality healthcare to those in their final years. She enjoys donating her time to local nursing facilities with a strong preference spending time with those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. Heather also engages in the veteran's organizations in Dallas County, as well as the local women’s shelters helping battered and abused women secure a future of independence and move forward to a successful and happy life. She enjoys spending her free time with her friends of over 30 years and her beautiful family. She loves traveling and being outdoors, learning to cook, documentaries, music, and her two crazy dogs- Olive and Opie Taylor. |
